Sony announced the PSP Go at E3 this year, and to be quite honest, I don't think its going to be a big hit. With the removal of the UMD slot, and the addition of the 18gb internal memory, the Sony PSP Go will be useless for people who cannot access the internet via their PSP. The new slim - slide design in my opinion doesn't make the PSP look any better, worse if anything. Also, with the analogue stick being at the right hand side of the PSP, some games are going to be hard to play. One more thing I have recognized is that many of the original PSP games probably will not be available on launch, a big disappointment for fans of the likes of Daxter and Powerstone. Also, I expect that you, like me, like to go out and buy second hand games for a good price. With the removal of the UMD slot, this will not be possible. I cannot see this console being a big hit at all. I think Sony will lose millions from this. It should not have left the drawing board. Looking for a PSP? Get the PSP 3000, the one below!

I hate it because:
-All games have to be downloaded. I'm not pro-PSP homebrew, but I think that's BS. Not everyone is able to connect their PSP via Wifi like myself, cos it's a b**ch to do, and whole games take forever to download via USB, unless they're emulated PS1 titles. Also, not everyone's willing to use an account online to buy something, either, especially when PSN only lets one use credit cards to buy stuff. No option to use Paypal!? -The whole sliding screen's dumb. I know it's for having a bigger screen, but I don't really care for it, and also it looks like it'll be harder to hold. It's meant to be a video-game system, not a phone, Sony!!

They should have made it a completely different console. All of these stupid updates like the ds to ds lite to dsi are getting very repetitive now.

And you're gonna spend the same, if not more money on something which either has one more or one less feature, is slimmer or comes in a variety of colours. I don't think so.

It'll get to the point where in the future we end up having handheld consoles the size of GBA cartridges. And that sucks.

I guess that proves the quote that "Bigger is always better."

Well big enough so you can see what you're doing. The size of the PSP is about the limit for handheld games with great quality.

I cannot stand the PSP go for one reason and one reason only. It doesn't take game discs. You have to download everything !! Meaning you have to pay for internet usage as well as for the game (which is at retail price if you get it from PlayStation Network). Then you have to wait hours while the game downloads. No I don't like it....why they didn't allow the PSP GO to play discs like every other PSP out there I don't know...but it's not good.

Looks good, not a fan of the PSP though. Extremely overrated.
